What is SphereOne Assist?
Assist is the AI assistant built into SphereOne. It works inside your conversations to summarize, draft, suggest replies, write you a daily brief and answer questions about your work.
Can Assist read private channels or other people's messages?
No. Assist only reads conversations you can already open. It can't surface a channel you aren't in, and clients only reach their own rooms.
Can we turn AI off?
Yes. A workspace admin can switch AI features off for the whole workspace, and back on, at any time.
Is Assist included on every plan?
On every paid plan, at different levels. Assist starts on Starter and each plan up adds more, with the fullest version on Enterprise. Free doesn't include AI.
