1. Our Commitment
1.1Altrivis Management LLC is committed to making the SphereOne website and applications usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
2. Standard
2.1We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Levels A and AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
3. Current Status
3.1The SphereOne website (sphereone.ai) and sign-in application (app.sphereone.ai) partially conform to WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA: the known limitations are stated in clause 3.4.
3.2This statement was prepared on 27 October 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by our internal team, not an external auditor.
3.3Scope and method. The self-assessment covered the public website (marketing, feature, blog and legal pages) and the sign-in, sign-up and password-reset pages, checked at desktop and phone widths, together with a review of features inside the application. We used an automated scan (axe-core 4.10) and keyboard-only testing. The check identified issues with colour contrast, links shown by colour alone, a table whose structure a screen reader could not announce, a small touch target, a page that did not fit a narrow phone screen, a faint keyboard focus indicator, and a missing "skip to content" link. All of these were fixed on 27 October 2026, and a re-check found no remaining issues.
3.4Known limitations. The following features are, by their nature, not fully usable by every assistive technology:
- (a)Drawing on a whiteboard requires a mouse, pen or touch screen. The contents of a board can be read with a screen reader through its text view.
- (b)Text transcripts of voice messages and video clips are available on paid plans with AI features enabled.
- (c)Live captions are available in meetings on every plan. In browsers that cannot generate captions themselves, such as Firefox, captions draw on a monthly allowance and require the workspace's AI features to be enabled.
4. Measures We Take
4.1We include accessibility in our design and development process, test new features with keyboard navigation and automated accessibility checks, and review our website and applications periodically.
5. Third Party Content
5.1Some content and features are provided by third parties, such as integrated calendar services and content uploaded by Users. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of such content, but we will work with providers where possible.
6. Feedback and Assistance
6.1If you encounter any accessibility barrier on SphereOne, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us at support@sphereone.ai. Please describe the problem, the page or feature concerned, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
