Move in from the apps you use. Connect the ones you keep.

Bring your team's history from Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and more. Connect Google and Microsoft for calendars and meeting links, and your company's identity provider for single sign-on.

Bring your history

Move your team's conversations, people and files from the apps you use today. For workspace admins on Starter, Business and Enterprise.

  • Nothing is written until you confirm
  • People matched by email, phone or name
  • Duplicates skipped when you merge
  • Before you buy

    Try it on a trial

During a free trial you can upload an export and see the full preview. Running the import needs a paid plan.

  1. Choose where you are coming from

Upload an export, or connect Microsoft 365 or a Discord bot. Workspace admins run imports from Settings › Migration.

  2. Check the preview

See the rooms, people and messages before anything is written. Bring rooms in fresh, or merge them into ones you already have.

  3. Import, pause or undo

The import runs in the background and can be paused. If something looks wrong, undo it — anything your team has posted since stays.

Calendars & video

For everyone in the workspace. Connect an account once and use it every time you schedule.

Calendar and Meet

Google

  • Google Calendar

Your Google Calendar events appear on the SphereOne calendar as read-only entries and refresh automatically, so one calendar shows your whole day.

  • Google Meet

Choose Google Meet when you schedule a meeting, and SphereOne creates the event on your Google Calendar with a Meet link attached.

Outlook Calendar and Teams

Microsoft

  • Outlook Calendar

Events from your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar appear on the SphereOne calendar as read-only entries and refresh automatically.

  • Microsoft Teams

Choose Teams when you schedule a meeting, and SphereOne creates the Teams meeting and adds its join link to the meeting.

  1. Open Settings → Connections

Each person connects their own accounts. Nothing is linked for you.

  2. Choose Connect

Next to Google or Microsoft. You approve access on the provider's own sign-in page, and can disconnect from the same screen.

  3. Schedule as usual

Pick the video provider when you create a meeting. SphereOne's built-in video stays the default and needs no connection.

Sign-in & security

For workspace admins on the Business and Enterprise plans.

Single sign-on

People sign in to SphereOne with their company account, through the identity provider your team already uses.

  • Connect any identity provider that speaks SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect.
  • Verify your email domain before the connection goes live.
  • New people get an account the first time they sign in through your provider.
  • Require single sign-on for everyone, with one nominated admin who keeps a password as the way back in.
